Alisse Houweling

Vice President & General Counsel

Alisse brings significant legal experience to her role at Trindent, with deep expertise in commercial matters as in-house counsel and a strong background in litigation.

A member of both the Ontario and Quebec bars, she takes a practical, business-minded approach to risk management and dispute resolution, informed by her experience as an entrepreneur. Her certification and experience as a coach further shape her approach, emphasizing active listening, insight generation, and collaborative solution design.

In addition to her corporate role, Alisse is part of the negotiation teaching team at Osgoode Hall Law School and serves on the board of the Toronto Windsurfing Club.

Outside of work, Alisse enjoys a variety of active pursuits, including skiing and tennis, as well as spending time with friends and family.
