Stephan Rajotte is a member of Trindent’s Executive Advisory Board, and previously led Trindent’s global Financial Services Practice. Before joining Trindent, Stephan held the position of Executive Vice President, International Business Division at Samsung Life, based in Seoul, Korea where he oversaw business units in China and Thailand. Prior to this position, Stephan was President of Sun Life Financial Asia, based in Hong Kong, with responsibilities for operations in five countries. Stephan has also held Regional CEO, Country CEO and Chief Operating Officer positions for MetLife, AIA, and ING.

Stephan has deep functional expertise in every aspect of insurance business strategy, with particular expertise in operational efficiency, business transformation, and sales and marketing optimization. Stephan is also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.

Stephan’s personal interests include sharing and appreciating many aspects of Asian cultures.
