A highly experienced business executive, Ross Magnaldo has 10 years of management consulting experience, across our targeted industries. He brings in-depth expertise in back-of­fice operations, field services, call centers and supply chain improvements, as well as program and project management. He is currently an Associate Principal at Trindent Consulting.

Previously, Ross served as a Lt-Commander in the French Navy holding positions such as Commanding Officer of a ship. On leaving the armed forces, Ross joined Bombardier Aerospace in project and program management roles before starting his operations and program management consulting career in 2004. Prior to joining Trindent Consulting in early 2014, he took on roles such as Director, Process Engineer and VP Professional Services.

Ross’ personal interests include flying, and he is multi-engine IFR rated. He is also a proud supporter of veterans transi­tioning from the armed forces.
