An experienced consultant in operations and performance management, Bruce has 10 years of combined experience in the energy sector working closely with upstream, midstream, and downstream clients. He has consistently achieved over 100% EBITDA improvements on a number of engagements in the manufacturing sector optimizing maintenance and quality programs.

At Trindent, Bruce leads the engagement phase of the improvement process and specializes in delivering profit, safety, and performance improvement initiatives to clients.

Prior to joining Trindent, Bruce worked in Oil and Gas industry as a project engineer developing and delivering multi-billion-dollar capital projects. He has led teams on some of the most challenging fieldworks and has consistently met budget, schedule, quality, and safety goals.
