Interview Process
We aim to create a welcoming environment throughout the interview process. Here’s what to expect:
STEP ONE
Screening Interview
We’re want to know more about your educational background, professional experience, and expertise in our core areas: Finance, Healthcare, as well as Oil and Gas. Additionally, we’ll gauge your comfort with frequent travel, both domestically and internationally. Given that our consulting team typically travels at least 80% of the year, this capability is extremely important.
STEP TWO
Data Analytics Assessment
We rely on Excel for all of our data analysis, often needing to work quickly at clients’ locations. To succeed in this assessment, strong time management skills are crucial. During the test, you will be evaluated on pivot tables, V-lookups, conditional formatting, dashboards, graphs, and charts.
STEP THREE
Case Interview
The case interview is meant to assess your thought process, approach to problem solving, and your ability to develop strong solutions with supportive reasoning. We are hoping to identify skills like logic, reasoning, creativity, communication, quantitative ability, and analytical skills.
STEP FOUR
Final Round Interview
In this stage, candidates will meet with members of Trindent’s leadership team. The goal is to assess your fit with the consulting team. We also hope to find out more about your alignment with our values, your professionalism, ethics, what work-life balance means to you, and more details on your long-term career goals.
